VINTAGE TRANSPORT FESTIVAL: 6 July – 7 July

The Vintage Transport Festival is two days of classic vehicles. See a stunning display of vintage buses, coaches, cars and train throughout the weekend. Get your opportunity to take a trip between the 3 event locations on a select few, using a Day Rover ticket, valid for unlimited travel all day. Hop-on and hop-off to see all that’s going on. Hundreds of classic cars, vintage buses and motorbikes will descend on the sites to create a colourful display. Sheringham Station will showcase a display of classic motorbikes, Weybourne will display vehicles from the North Norfolk Minors club and the exhibition field at Holt will be taken over with a stunning array of over 300 classic vehicles!
HOLT FESTIVAL: 13 July – 28 July

The Holt Festival is an essential fixture in the annual North Norfolk arts calendar. Now in its 15th year, the Holt Festival brings together a programme of the finest and most eclectic arts entertainment. Including well known musicians, top comedy acts, literary events, talks and art programme, which includes an important loan exhibition, art prize competitions and art in schools.
BLAKENEY REGATTA and GREASY POLE CHALLENGE: 27 July – 28 July
Blakeney Sailing Regatta includes the greasy pole challenge, which dates back to 1873 when the prize for winning was a hog! Now, people take part simply for the challenge to see who can make it to the end of the pole without falling in the water. There are lots of other fun activities including tug of war as the tide comes in, gilly catching, swimming races and a sandcastle competition. It’s a full day of family fun – all for free.
